WHITE ALUMINIUM OXIDE
Megacubes provides high quality of white fused aluminium which is contains virtually no iron content making it a safe abrasive for applications that require minimal foreign contamination. This allows white aluminum oxide to be used in applications such as blasting orthopedic implant parts, aerospace components, or exotic alloys. White aluminum oxide can be found in a variety of bonded abrasives used in surface or cylindrical grinding. General industry applications for white aluminum oxide include abrasive blasting, microdermabrasion, anti-skid surfaces, and lapping.

Potters uses soda lime cullet, which is ground and sorted into basic sizes before introducing it to the furnace. The beads are actually formed in a hot furnace atmosphere. Pre-sized ground cullet is gravity-fed into the proprietary Potters’-designed, gas-fired furnace.
The intense heat melts the ground glass while it is suspended in the burning gas, forming a sphere. The sphere is carried upward from the heat zone by the products of combustion that form a natural draught. Immediately upon exiting the heat zone, the spheres enter a large cooling zone where they are collected and transferred for further sizing, grading, coating and packaging.

NyeCorr® 140 synthetic bearing grease is formulated specifically for the maintenance of single-facer in the corrugating industry. Since its introduction, hundreds of corrugating plants worldwide have converted to NyeCorr® 140 and realized significant cost reductions, while increasing performance, improving in-plant safety and extending maintenance cycles compared to non-synthetic lubricants.
NyeCorr® 140 protects bearings at 480˚F, is NSF H-1 food grade registered and contains no PFOAs (Perfluorooctanoic acid). It is the most environmentally friendly and economical option available to the corrugating industry today.
Uniflor 4622R
Industrial bearings such as those found in conveyors, wheels, and fans, require lubrication to extend component life and reduce downtime. Megacubes offers Uniflor™ 4622R-FG which is specified for extreme operating temperatures up to 260 °C, resists aggressive chemicals and fuels, and contains an anti-corrosion additive. This grease is NSF H1 approved for incidental food contact.
